New Age Metals is a well financed mineral exploration and development company focused on the discovery, exploration and development of green metal projects in North America. Eric Sprott the billionaire resource investor owns ~24.5% of the New Age. The Company has two divisions; a Platinum Group Metals division and a Lithium/Rare Element division. The Company is developing its 100% owned flagship multi-million ounce River Valley Palladium Project near Sudbury, ON, one of the largest undeveloped primary palladium projects in North America, in August 2023 the Company announced the recently completed Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA). Mineral Resources Limited, the 5th largest global lithium producer, has entered into an exploration agreement with New Age Metals in Manitoba to fund the Company’s exploration activities. The 2023/24 budget for the Lithium Division is $7.3 million. The Company currently has 14 projects and is one of the largest land owners in the Winnipeg River Pegmatite field. Many of the projects are located in and around the Tanco Mine, one of Canadas only lithium producer. In early 2023, the Company acquired 3 additional 100% owned projects in Northern Manitoba and is currently working to acquire option/JV partners to further develop these projects. The McLaughlin Lake Lithium Project was optioned to Native Mineral Resources in August 2023.

The Company is actively seeking an option/ joint venture partner for its 100% owned road-accessible Genesis (Battery Metals) PGM / Copper / Nickel project in Alaska. Our philosophy is to be a project generator with the objective of optioning our projects with major and junior mining companies through to production.
