New Age Metals also holds 100% ownership of its Manitoba Lithium-Cesium-Tantalum Division, one of the largest land positions in the Winnipeg River Pegmatite Field. The portfolio is located in and around the historic Tanco Mine area and has benefited from several years of extensive exploration, including mapping, prospecting, geochemistry, airborne geophysics and diamond drilling. Following the conclusion of its prior agreement with Mineral Resources Limited, the Company regained full ownership of the portfolio, subject to a 2% revenue royalty, and is evaluating strategic partnership opportunities to advance its numerous lithium and rare-metals targets. The Company has also assembled a growing portfolio of gold, antimony and critical-metals projects. In Newfoundland, New Age Metals controls a large land position prospective for gold and antimony, including the St. Alban’s Project. In northwestern Ontario, the Company holds the Double R Gold Project and the Bonanza Ridge Gold and Critical Metals Project in the Kenora Mining District. New Age Metals also owns the road-accessible Genesis PGM-Copper-Nickel Project in Alaska and holds interests in additional PGM, nickel, copper and critical-minerals projects in Ontario. New Age Metals’ strategy is to advance its flagship development asset while generating value through exploration, strategic partnerships and disciplined growth across its diversified North American project portfolio.
