Gold-Antimony Division
Newfoundland Gold-Antimony Exploration Projects
Quick Facts
NAM has staked 19,125 ha in 8 con-contiguous gold-antimony properties in north-central and south-central Newfoundland
Three of the properties occur on-trend from the past-producing Beaver Brook Antimony Mine and adjacent to New Found Gold’s Queensway South Project
Three properties lie on trend from Canstar’s Swanger Cover Antimony Property
Two properties are on trend from Canstar’s Le Pouvoir Antimony Property
Historical data compilation and exploration planning ongoing, with field exploration to start early summer 2025, targeting gold-antimony systems

Project Overview
New Age Metals (“NAM”) has established a significant presence in central Newfoundland by map-staking a strategic land package focused on gold and antimony mineralization. The Company’s exploration program targets under-explored areas within a geologically favourable mineral belt with favourable rock types, major regional structures, and many mineral occurrences and deposits. With the addition of these new properties, New Age Metals is positioned to explore for orogenic-style gold and critical minerals like antimony, which is listed as a critical element in Canada and the U.S., due to its strategic importance and restricted global supply. These new properties complement the Company’s existing portfolio of lithium and platinum metal projects and align with its vision to develop high-potential critical and precious metal assets in North America.
Location & Access
The staked properties are located in central Newfoundland, a region known for active gold exploration and development, including projects like New Golds Queensway Projects. The properties are located near the towns of Gander and St Alban’s and the Beaver Brook Antimony Mine, all with established infrastructure and skilled labour in a supportive mining jurisdictions.
Property & Ownership
The Newfoundland portfolio includes eight 100%-owned properties totalling 19,125 ha claims, covering approximately 191 square km. The 8 properties are all held directly by NAM with no underlying royalties or earn-in obligations and with full control over exploration and development. The large and diversified land position enhances NAMs ability to explore in one of Canada’s most exciting mineral exploration belts.

Regional Geology
The Newfoundland claims are situated within the Central Newfoundland Gold Belt, a prolific and geologically favorable region that has attracted major exploration interest in recent years. This area is underlain by a complex assemblage of Cambrian to Ordovician sedimentary and volcanic rocks, structurally deformed and intruded by many plutons. The claims lie along trend and adjacent to the tectonostratigraphic terranes that host many high-grade gold deposits, including those currently being advanced by New Found Gold. The region is cut by major fault zones such as the Appleton and Dog Bay Line Faults, which are considered critical fluid conduits for orogenic gold mineralization. In addition to gold, the presence of antimony mineralization along these structures, as highlighted by the nearby Beaver Brook Antimony Mine, further enhances the prospectivity of NAM’s projects.
Property Geology
NAM’s claims are characterized by a mix of siliciclastic sedimentary rocks, volcanic sequences, and intrusions that are typical of the Central Newfoundland Gold Belt. The claims are strategically located near major regional structures, including splays off the Appleton and Dog Bay Fault Zones, which are known to control gold and antimony mineralization in the belt. On a property scale, interbedded sandstones, siltstones, and shales dominate the stratigraphy, commonly showing signs of intense deformation, such as folding, shearing, and quartz veining, all key features of structurally-controlled orogenic gold systems. In several areas, historical exploration and regional surveys have documented the presence of stibnite (antimony sulphide) and gold (plus Ag, Cu, Zn, Pb showings), suggesting potential for the presence of precious and critical metal deposits. .
